This virtual program combines 20 minutes of work-friendly Mindful Movement based in yoga + a 30-minute Cooking Workshop using easy to find, healthy ingredients. You and your team can make time to support healthy immune systems, enhanced mood and mindstate, and increase energy. Boost your well-being & equip you and your team with the tools to enhance physical and mental well-being during this hectic season.

What To Expect:

Kick off the session with 20 minutes of workday friendly somatic movement, yoga, and stretching that you can do at your desk, in your car, or at home. The class is designed to give you tools to navigate the balance between work and wellbeing, including easy stretches and breathing techniques that can be done at a desk, at home or before/after a commute to rejuvenate your body, mind and mood. 

Next, dive into a 30-minute easy cooking workshop with Britta where you’ll learn to create simple, delicious recipes packed with mood-boosting ingredients that supports a healthy immune system, enhanced mood and mindstate, and overall energy during this season of transition, hustle & bustle. The cooking workshop is taught with Britta’s FROM ROOT TO BLOSSOM food philosophy in mind, focused on reducing food-waste, sustainability, nutrient rich, whole food ingredients and reducing your grocery costs.

We’ll close with 10-minute Q&A to go over questions and get to know us better.

Britta is the founder of Private Palate, educator and curator of experiences focused on the balance and sustainability of the mind, body and environment. With close to 20 years experience working with pro-athletes, celebrities, VH1’S Celebrity Fit Club, traveling the globe learning about food traditions and the healing power of food, Britta created her signature FROM ROOT TO BLOSSOM corporate wellness workshops. She is a mental health advocate and writes her recipes with health-equity in mind. Britta’s culinary ethos are rooted in the belief that food has the power to create connections, transcend boundaries + enhance health and wellbeing. It is her mission to share with the world how nourishment can transforms our body and mind.
